Our partnership program brings together hospitals, healthcare providers, law enforcement agencies, and community organizations to create a more connected system of care for individuals experiencing behavioral health and substance use challenges.

As a member, you gain more than access to Intensive Care Facilitation services. You gain a trusted extension of your team that remains engaged before treatment begins, throughout the treatment process, during discharge, and for at least 90 days after treatment ends. Every individual served also receives ongoing access to the Sayin platform, ensuring they remain connected to local resources and support long after their immediate crisis has passed.

    We have partnered with Sayin, a healthcare resource platform, to enable us to more quickly and efficiently recommend high quality resources and care to our clients. We have many affiliated partners that we refer to more often but we refer primarily based on the best clinical fit for each individual.
