Frontline Resilience

Frontline Resilience

The Frontline Resilience Program is a comprehensive program developed to provide mental health and substance use services specifically tailored to the needs of first responders, including police officers, firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, dispatchers, correctional officers, emergency room personnel, and other public safety professionals.

The program emphasizes trauma recovery, stress management, and resilience building through services such as individual counseling referrals, peer support, crisis intervention, wellness education, substance use recovery support, stress management workshops, family support resources, and connections to behavioral health treatment providers. The goal is to ensure first responders have access to the support and resources they need to maintain their mental well-being and continue serving their communities effectively.
