Rural Reach

Rural Reach

Rural Reach was developed to address the significant barriers rural communities face in accessing mental health and substance use services, including geographic isolation, limited healthcare infrastructure, transportation challenges, and stigma surrounding behavioral health care. Through the use of technology and strategic community partnerships, the program delivers comprehensive mental health and addiction support directly to underserved rural areas.

In partnership with Sayin, an AI-driven platform designed to simplify access to care, and local treatment providers offering clinical mental health and addiction services, Rural Reach provides in-person and telehealth counseling, mobile outreach services, substance use recovery support, crisis intervention, peer support networks, family and caregiver support, resource navigation, and holistic wellness services such as mindfulness and stress management. The program also focuses on community education and stigma reduction through workshops and outreach initiatives that encourage open conversations about mental health and recovery while connecting individuals and families to the support and resources needed to achieve long-term wellness.
