A Better Way

Clarity Through Community exists to close the gap between recognizing a need for mental health or substance use support and actually accessing it — connecting individuals, families, and communities nationwide with the care they need, and staying with them for 90 days after treatment through our intensive care navigation and our technology-driven recommendation system, Sayin.

Through programs like Bridge to Wellness, Rural Reach, Mind Over Major, and others tailored to specific populations, along with strong partnerships across hospitals, healthcare providers, law enforcement, and community organizations, we help people take that first step toward care and walk alongside them well beyond it.
